About the Role

As the Marketing Lead at Ryder, you’ll have a heavy focus on communicating our brand identity and product offerings. We need you to be “super” passionate about bringing new products to the market. This role is all about creating effective communication between us and our customers, so having a track-record of generating content that gets views organically is important! We understand that you might be new to the web3 and digital assets space, and that’s okay. We want you to bring a fresh perspective to our world, as the way we talk and communicate products has become a cliché, which become a significant hurdle for adoption.

Now, you’ll immerse yourself in a steep learning curve during the first three months, engaging with various streams of work. We have identified three key reasons why this multi-functional exposure is beneficial:

  1. Developing Expertise: By handling a range of tasks and managing contractors while working closely with engineering and product team, you'll acquire pattern recognition. This knowledge will enable you to streamline processes, address problems efficiently, and offer strategic suggestions for the company. As an emerging marketing strategist, we want you to avoid managing blindly.
  2. Identifying Strengths: Engaging in varied functions will allow you to pinpoint your semi-Ikigai within the company – finding what you enjoy, what you're good at, and what generates revenue.
  3. Delegation Areas: Being involved in multiple roles will help you determine your superpowers that require your direct attention and areas that could be more effectively systematized. Now, as our team grows, together we will fill the gaps and build the growth team around it.

Primary Responsibilities

It is essential that you are organized and act as a cog between the CEO, e-commerce consultant, and contractors. The CEO and consultant will drive the strategy for the next 6-12 months, and you will be the key person to bring it together and execute it. In the first 6 months, your primary responsibilities were chosen for their significant impact on revenue, which you’ll work alongside with the CEO, consultant, and external contractors.

We need you to be a highly self-motivated and ambitious individual since this will be a fast-paced environment.
